Dining
One kitchen, three places to sit
The dining room
Open on three sides, with shutters instead of glass. Breakfast is seven to ten and dinner half past seven to ten, every day of the year.
The terrace
Lunch is served from twelve to three under the deep roof at the pool end. The menu is cold plates and one hot dish, and it's the only place in the hotel with a fan over every table.
The bar
Open from five until the last person goes to bed. It's one counter at the end of the dining room, and the barman has been here since 2003.

Fish from the river and whatever Misiones grew
Surubí and dorado come from the Paraná when the water allows it. The beef is from Corrientes, the vegetables come up from the Wanda road twice a week, and the mandioca is grown on a farm four kilometres away.
Dinner is a short card of five or six dishes. Breakfast comes with medialunas baked here at five in the morning, and they are the main reason guests come down before eight.
