Over-18s

The pavilion is open to people of 18 and over, the age that applies in Misiones. The front page asks you to confirm before going further. Answering untruthfully makes no difference, since the check that counts is made at the pavilion door, with a document, on every visit.

No gambling happens on this website

These pages describe a hotel and the gaming room within it. They offer no games, take no stakes, hold no account, accept no deposit and move no money, so nothing done here can win or lose anything. Gaming takes place only at Avenida Tres Fronteras 1180, in person.

Accuracy

Hours, rooms and descriptions are kept up to date but can still be wrong: the river rises, the road to the park closes, the kitchen runs out of surubí. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no page creates a contract. A booking exists once reception has confirmed it by telephone or email, on the terms given then.

Our material

The text, the drawings, the photographs and the arrangement of them belong to the hotel or are used with permission. Read them, print a page, link to it. Do not republish them, copy them to another site, or use them to train a model, without written permission.

Conduct at the hotel

Staff may refuse service, refuse entry at the pavilion door, or ask a guest to leave, where someone is drunk, abusive, unable to produce a document, or spoiling the place for others. In the gaming room the floor staff's decision stands at the time it is made; raise any disagreement with the duty manager afterwards, away from the table.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be reachable, and it may be taken down for maintenance without notice.

Liability

We are liable for what Argentine law does not permit us to exclude, which under the consumer protection law is a good deal. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, such as a journey made on the strength of an hour listed here that had changed.

Governing law

Argentine law governs this site and these terms, and the courts of the Province of Misiones have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a consumer's right to bring a case where they live.
